We all deserve safety and to be included in each job we take on. Together, let’s make that happen.
I am not an HR or DEI consultant, but my work pulls from the core values and basics of that honored work. I focus on providing tools to increase fair treatment and eliminate exploitation for all employees in the workplace. My work focuses on increasing safety and inclusivity in the workplace environment through the beauty of boundaries, the love language of accountability, and collaboration. To be transparent, while I have anti-capitalist values, we still live in a capitalist society and so my goal is to help you speak up and out as your authentic self while keeping your job and keeping the bills paid.
This work means the world to me and connecting with as many folks to spread the gospel of boundaries is my goal.
These boundary exploration spaces will equip you with effective communication skills, confidence-building techniques with our own mental wellness and neurodivergence, and strategies for navigating workplace dynamics.

This is a one-time workshop lasting 1-3 hours
